ICUBA announces use of new vendor partner, Discovery Benefits, effective October 1
ICUBA is moving its FSA/HRA/COBRA/Retiree administration to its newest brand partner, Discovery Benefits, effective October 1, 2020.
This will mean some changes for our employees, including confirming/updating your contact information within Workday. Also, as employees we will start using a different brand of debit card for qualified expenses under our benefit offerings. The ICUBA MasterCard is soon to be Visa©.
To prepare members for this shift and related changes to occur with this move, ICUBA has planned a series of communications to members that will includes emails, text messages, and postcard mailers. We urge you to read these as they appear. Keep in mind, these communications are not spam.
The information contained in the messages should smooth members into this transition with as little frustration and disruption as possible over the month of September. Our objective is to confirm appropriate contact information is updated, ensure accuracy, and provide information regarding the new brand partner.
