Faculty Development Day set for August 11 on Zoom
The Center for Teaching and Learning has set aside the hours of 9 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, August 11, for Faculty Development Day – Fall 2020. The gathering will be conducted via Zoom.
The theme for this semester is “Teaching During a Pandemic: What I Learned About Teaching that Transcends Location.” Some of the presentations that will be offered are:
- Walkthrough: Transition Online and Success
- Keeping the Door Open: Creating Alternative Learning Activities that Transcend COVID-19
- Creating Community and Supporting Both On-Ground and Online Learning
- Digital Wellness: Finding Balance During a Pandemic
- Nuggets from Coronavirus
