Leaders in Industry continues August 7 with ‘Business Perspectives Part 2: Project Management’

Saint Leo University Career Services is presenting the Leaders in the Industry webinar series. This series of interactive webinars offers students the opportunity to explore career fields with today’s working professionals.

The next live webinar, Business Perspectives Part 2: Project Management,  is scheduled for 6 p.m., ET, Wednesday, August 7. The Atlanta Education Center and Career Services welcome Marcia Trajano, senior solutions project manager for Philips Healthcare in Alpharetta, GA. Trajano contributed to the formation, deployment, and management of project management roundtables and project management mentoring programs in her role.

Join us to learn more about her career path and consider your own options for a career in business related to project management. What are you planning to do with your business degree or MBA? Is project management for you?

Trajano contributes to the advancement of project management both on and off the clock. She volunteers for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Atlanta Chapter with varying roles ranging from PMI Atlanta Healthcare Forum founder and program manager, vice president of industry forums, and most recently, speaker chair for technology and health care forums. Additionally, she has had a contributing role on the project management communications team for the global project management practice office of Royal Philips.

Trajano graduated from Georgia Tech, with an MS degree in the management of technology. She holds many certifications, including the PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute.
