University Technology Services announces holiday support hours
- Monday, December 10, through Friday, December 14, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Monday, December 17, to Friday, December 21, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Thursday, December 27, to Friday, December 28, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
UTS Help Desk office and phone support will be closed on the following days:
- Saturday, December 15
- Sunday, December 16
- Saturday, December 22, to Wednesday, December 26
- Saturday, December 29, to Tuesday, January 1
During nonsupport hours, an option will be available to leave a message or to report system-wide outages. A new 2019 technology Help Desk schedule will be communicated at the start of the new year.
