Department of Language Studies and the Arts Presents: Interleaving: Poets in Conversation

Join the Department of Language studies and the Arts at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 23, in the Selby Auditorium in Lewis Hall, for a night of poetry reading featuring Carol Ann Moon and Amanda Forrester.

Poetry is an ancient form of summons. This reading is no exception. One woman removes words from pre-existing texts and the dead are summoned. The other woman removes pre-texts for remaining in her death and she summons her existence. What remains is the interleaving!

English majors, aspiring writers, bookworms and all creative minds, don’t miss this event! Interleaving: Poets in Conversation is free and open to the public.
