Open enrollment 2018
The upcoming benefits plan year—April 1, 2018, through March 31, 2019—is quickly approaching, and there will be changes that will affect all employees enrolled in the health insurance plans.
Documents for open enrollment will be available on the intranet. Employees can view all documents by going to the intranet, clicking the Human Resources/Professional Development tab, then Benefits, then the 2018-2019 Open Enrollment folder.
Open enrollment for the new plan year runs from February 5 through February 16. To learn about the changes, everyone is encouraged to attend one of the open enrollment meetings hosted by Human Resources at University Campus and at the education and student support center locations.
The meeting locations are as follows:
- Monday, February 5, 2 p.m., Student Community Center, Boardroom A (VTT link)
- Friday, February 9, 1 p.m., Lewis Hall, Selby Auditorium (VTT link)
- Wednesday, February 14, 10 a.m., Student Community Center, Boardrooms A, B, and C (VTT link)
- Thursday, February 15, 2 p.m., Tampa Education Center at Channelside (VTT link)
The first open enrollment session will be recorded and will be available online the next day via a link to be provided.
If Human Resources is not scheduled to visit your site or if you are unable to attend a scheduled meeting, please view one of the VTT links.
