Love nature? Join a new group on September 14

In the spirit of community, respect, and responsible stewardship of the environment, Diane Bynum and Karen Hannel would like to invite all of Leo’s nature-lovers to join them for lunch at noon on Thursday, September 14, at the Dining Hall’s Lakeside Patio. We will gather some of the tables together for our group. This invitation is open to students, faculty, staff, and friends of Saint Leo. Brown baggers are welcome; please sign in at the front desk.

In this first meeting of what we hope will be an active and fun group, attendees will get to know one another and share tales of the bodacious bugs and curious critters they have encountered. The group will also brainstorm ideas for activities, such as, plant swaps, nature hikes, and photography workshops for the Leo shutterbugs.

For more information, please contact either Diane Bynum at (352) 588-8653 or diane.bynum@saintleo.edu or Karen Hannel at (352) 588-7385 or karen.hannel@saintleo.edu.
