Discovery Benefits debit cards are delayed in mail
Human Resources has learned that Discovery Benefits, the new service provider for ICUBA’s flex services, is experiencing a delay in mailing out the HRA Discovery Visa Card.
The debit cards, which are used for health reimbursement accounts (HRA), health care flexible spending accounts (HCFSA) and dependent care spending accounts (DCSA), and our retiree and COBRA services, are expected to arrive next week.
Remember, cards will arrive deactivated and will not be active until the blackout period has ended on October 19. Cards were mailed from Discovery’s vendor and will arrive in a white envelope.
