Preparing for an Active Shooter: Saint Leo hosting seminar in Virginia Beach
Saint Leo University and the Hampton Roads Society for Human Resource Management will present The Active Shooter: A Seminar on Identification, Preparedness, and Survival from 10:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 29. This free event will take place at the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library, 4100 Virginia Beach Blvd., Virginia Beach, VA 23452-1767. This timely and interactive session will focus on the mindset of the “active shooter” and the identification of his or her potential “red flags” prior to the emergency event.
