Sims and Scott selected in 2018 Major League Baseball draft
Saint Leo baseball players Zach Scott and Jake Sims were selected in the 2018 Major League Baseball draft. Sims was a 31st round draft pick of the San Diego Padres, and Scott was a 32nd round draft pick of the Seattle Mariners. Read the complete release

Saint Leo softball coaching staff named 2018 NFCA DII South Region Coaching Staff of the Year
Following a historic season, the NFCA announced that the Saint Leo coaching staff was the 2018 DII South Region Coaching Staff of the Year where head coach Erin Kinberger led the Green and Gold to a 39-18 record and an appearance at the DII Softball Championships, the first in program history.
