0Conversations about Success Beyond Service set for June 21
WHAT
Join the Office of Military Affairs and Services and the Department of WorldWide Student Life as they host Army veteran and employee relations specialist Sean Tate, during Conversations about Success Beyond Service being held at 6 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, June 21. Hear about Tate’s transition from combat medic to corporate HR professional and how military service helped guide his corporate career.
The conversation is open to all military affiliated students and alumni, as well as those preparing for, or advancing in, careers in human resources.
Tate served as a combat medic in the U.S. Army for eight years, during which he deployed once to Afghanistan and traveled the world. He then returned to school to obtain a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in industrial and organizational psychology from Western Kentucky University. His education, as well as experience and insight from military service, has helped guide him in a successful career at both Infinite Energy and the University of Florida.
Are you interested in a career in human resources? How can a military affiliated candidate leverage their experience during a transition into the corporate world? Join us from wherever you are to learn more!
