Dr. LaQue Perkins hosts ‘The Professional Pivot’ with Andrea Harry Bibbs
The university community is invited to attend a virtual session on professional pivoting being held at 6:30 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday, May 2. The event is hosted by Dr. LaQue Perkins, assistant professor of project management.

Layoffs are a current workforce reality for employees from companies of all sizes. Are you prepared to pivot professionally if needed? How can we all become proactive in an unpredictable workforce?
Andrea Harry Bibbs will share her personal story of pivoting after a 20-plus year career with CNN. A former vice president of Ad Sales Marketing and Studio Operations at Warner Bros. Discovery, Bibbs is now founder and CEO of The Andrea C Bibbs Group, as well as founding member of ONE X League and MINO — two organizations that promote leadership development, coaching, and networking for Black executive women.
