0Compliance training: October is Domestic Violence and Disability Awareness Month
During the month of October, the university’s compliance training will focus on learning more about the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), Title IX, and harassment and discrimination. All employees have been assigned the ADA, Title IX, and harassment and discrimination trainings, which can be accessed through Workday Learning. Please complete these courses at your leisure by Sunday, October 31.
To supplement this series of courses, Learning and Development is offering live sessions with our Title IX coordinator and the Accessibility Services team:
It Takes a Village – Wednesday, October 13, 9:30 –10:30 a.m.
This session will focus on the part we all play in Title IX compliance, the importance of reporting, and bystander intervention.

This session will focus on frequently asked questions by faculty about ADA accommodations and compliance.
