UTS announces Spring 2019 support hours

University Technology Services (UTS) has announced an updated Technology Help Desk phone and office hours support schedule, effective today. Please note the following hours of operation for the Spring 2019 Term.

UTS Help Desk Phone Support Hours (352-588-8888)

  • Monday through Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Sunday, 1 – 10 p.m.

UTS Office Walk-in Hours

  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday (Closed)
  • Sunday (Closed)

During non-support hours, an option will be available to leave a voice message or report emergencies, such as systemwide outages. Help Desk requests may be placed at any time by visiting the Help Desk Portal. For password resets, see the “Password Reset” instructions when you log in to the Help Desk portal.
