Lions cross country teams dominate South Region awards
The Saint Leo men’s and women’s cross country teams captured three of the South Region’s major awards presented last week by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). Sophomore Ronald Cheserek was named the South Region Men’s Athlete of the Year while senior Colett Rampf was tabbed South Region Women’s Athlete of the Year. Head Coach Kent Reiber earned South Region Women’s Cross Country Coach of the Year honors for the second consecutive year. Read the complete release

Holten named SSC Women’s Swimmer of the Week
Saint Leo women’s swimmer Cecilie Holten was named the Sunshine State Conference Women’s Swimmer of the Week last Monday, after winning two events and posting one NCAA “B” cut time in the Lions’ 195-66 win over Rollins College. Read the complete release
Women’s volleyball climbs one spot in AVCA ranking
Saint Leo women’s volleyball climbed one spot in last week’s American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) top 25 ranking up to No. 23. Read the complete release
Men’s soccer to hold one-day ID camp
Saint Leo men’s soccer will host a one-day ID Camp on Saturday, December 2, at the Saint Leo Soccer Field. This one-day camp is ideal for boys 14-19 years old who aspire to play collegiate soccer. Read the complete release
Men’s lacrosse announces 2018 schedule
Saint Leo men’s lacrosse unveiled its 2018 schedule last Wednesday, and seven home games highlight the slate which opens on Saturday, February 3, when the Lions face Alabama-Huntsville in a road contest. Read the complete release
