Saint Leo launches monthlong Athletics Giving Challenge
Saint Leo Athletics is proud to launch its inaugural Athletics Giving Challenge from October 16 to November 17. Bayliff claims SSC Women’s XC Runner of the Week award
Saint Leo junior Alyssa Bayliff claimed the first Sunshine State Conference weekly award of her career last Monday, when she was tabbed as the SSC’s Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week. Bayliff finished third overall at the Disney Cross Country Classic 5K the previous Saturday. Read the complete release
Thomas Grinberg finished third in ITA Oracle Cup
Saint Leo junior junior Thomas Grinberg finished third at the ITA Oracle Cup held in Rome, GA. Grinberg defeated Washburn’s Alejandro Valarezo Plaza, 6-0, 7-5, to win the third-place match. Formerly known as the ITA National Small College Championships, the ITA Oracle Cup is the only singles and doubles national championship for Division II and NAIA student-athletes. Volleyball holds at No. 19 in AVCA rankings
Saint Leo volleyball remained among the top 25 for the sixth straight week after checking in at No. 19 in last week’s American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division II Top 25 coaches’ poll. Read the complete release
