Rampf and Lenz tabbed for Academic All-America honors
Saint Leo cross country/track athletes Colett Rampf and Valentin Lenz were named Second Team Academic All-Americans in cross country and track and field, when the respective teams were announced last week by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Their selection brings to seven Saint Leo’s tally of Academic All-Americans in 2015-16.

Helgesson selected as Saint Leo’s NCAA Woman of the Year nominee
Saint Leo women’s tennis senior Pauline Helgesson was one of 517 NCAA student-athletes nationally to be nominated for NCAA Woman of the Year honors. Read the complete release.
Hugo Bernard named to GCAA All-Nicklaus team
Saint Leo men’s golfer Hugo Bernard collected another honor for an already impressive resume with his selection to the 2016 All-Nicklaus Team presented by Barbasol, announced last week by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The All-Nicklaus Team recognizes the top 24 collegiate golfers in America across all three NCAA levels, as well as NAIA and NJCAA. Read the complete release.
