1st issue of The Journal of Values-Based Business released

Saint Leo’s Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program has released the first issue of The Journal of Values-Based Business .

This is a peer-reviewed academic journal concerning issues related to the use of guiding principles in all facets of business. The first issue explores issues such as organizational change, compassion, fatigue/turnover, generational differences, job burnout, and leadership risk-behaviors. The authors of the inaugural JVBB issue are Saint Leo DBA graduates and faculty.

The web-based journal is open to any scholar who would like to publish work on issues related to business.

While the editors encourage the broadest possible scope, articles could be focused on, but not limited to, the integration of guiding principles in business leadership, management, culture, or operations.

Submissions are now being accepted for the December 2023 issue, and the deadline to submit is Friday, November 3. Guidelines can be found at jvbb.scholasticahq.com/for-authors. For those wishing to submit their dissertation, please see the document Submitting to JVBB Directions.

If you have questions regarding submission requirements, please contact Dr. David Barron, associate editor, at david.barron@saintleo.edu.

To submit your manuscript for consideration, email both documents to Dr. Jenna L. Potokar, editor-in-chief, at  jenna.potokar@saintleo.edu.
