Day for Saint Leo campaign celebrates success

This year’s Day For Saint Leo giving day campaign received an amazing amount of participation from faculty, staff, students, and alumni, resulting in more than $150,000 being donated in just 24 hours. A big THANK YOU to all those who gave. We are incredibly grateful for your support!

By midnight on Friday, 34 percent of Saint Leo’s faculty and staff made a gift to support Saint Leo’s life-changing purpose. Because the response was so inspiring, the time available to reach the goal of 50 percent has been extended to 5 p.m. today (Monday, February 10).

If you made a donation, again THANK YOU! You can still help by encouraging your colleagues to join you in making their own donation.

If you didn’t have a change to donate on Friday, now is the time! We need your help to reach the goal of 50 percent participation. We need just 16 percent more faculty and staff to donate.

Spirit Challenge
Congratulations to Dawn McElveen, this year’s winner of the Faculty and Staff Spirit Challenge. Dawn is a two-time award winner and will receive her choice of a $50 gift card to the University Bookstore or $50 in Lions Loot. She also will get to display the Spirit trophy in her office for the next year. Way to go, Dawn!
