The MANE Event set for July 15 for prospective students, volunteers welcome!
Mark your calendars and invite prospective students and their families to Saint Leo’s biggest admissions event of the year! The MANE Event is set for 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Saturday, July 15, at University Campus. Breakfast and check-in will begin at 9 a.m. with the University Welcome starting promptly at 10 a.m.
This will be the last opportunity for prospective undergraduate students to fully experience Saint Leo while completing new-student steps in person before the start of Fall Semester. This is also the final opportunity for students to earn the maximum of $500 in 2023-2024 microscholarships for attending a campus event prior to the start of the Fall Semester.
Event programming will include class registration, financial aid meetings, department presentations, housing selection, parking registration, tours, residence hall walk-throughs, and more! Students will get a taste of the experiential learning they will experience at Saint Leo with visits to the cybersecurity, robotics, and simulation labs, among other venues.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: The Admissions Office encourages all available faculty, staff, and members of the Saint Leo community to become involved and seize the opportunity to meet future Lions. SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY: Students who missed our Fall 2022 or Spring 2023 Open House or Admitted Students Day events may earn up to $500 in event microscholarships for the 2023-2024 academic year by attending The MANE Event and taking next steps. Students must have submitted their Fall 2023 University Campus enrollment deposit by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Sunday, July 16, to qualify for this microscholarship. Students who previously attended both Open House and Admitted Students Day will not qualify for additional microscholarship funds as they have already earned the maximum of $500 in event microscholarships. However, they will still be eligible to win any giveaways or prizes raffled during the event.
