Dining Services updates hours for remainder of summer, reminds staff of cost increase

Dining Services is working hard to provide quality, delicious fare for the faculty, staff, students, and visitors on campus this summer. At the same time, the team must balance that goal along with the need to give its hard-working team the ability to take vacation days, the numbers of guests who are eating meals, the cost of food, and related factors. As a result, some changes are being made to eating locations and hours.

Due to the extremely low number of guests utilizing the Dining Hall on the weekends (less than 10), the  revised schedule below will be in place effective Saturday, July 8, for the remainder of the summer. When residential camps are on campus, there may be additional open hours in the Dining Hall.

As a reminder, effective Saturday, July 1, 2023, faculty and staff meal plans will increase to $70 per block or $7 per meal when using Lions’ Loot. For additional information, please contact Justin Bush, director of Dining Services at Justin.Bush@saintleo.edu.
