Palm Sunday to be observed April 2 with procession from Saint Jude Chapel
April 2 is Palm Sunday, a day when Catholics and Christians mark Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem. At Masses on Palm Sunday, it also is known as Passion Sunday as the Gospel reading on that day is the Passion of the Lord (Matthew 26:14 – 27:66)
University Ministry will lead a Palm Sunday procession with palms, from Saint Jude Chapel to the Saint Leo Abbey Church at 7 p.m., and the student Mass will follow. Everyone is invited to participate.
