Group fitness classes and personal training opportunities available at the Wellness Center

Saint Leo University Wellness Center is offering a number of group fitness classes and personal training opportunities to faculty, staff, students, alumni, and the community.

Classes include: Belly Dance; Belly, Booty, Thigh Bootcamp; Gentle Stretch with Community Yoga; Gym Introduction; HIIT Your Goals; Saturday Morning Salutation with Community Yoga; Spin Class; Stretch and Renew Community Yoga; Twilight Yoga; and Zumba.
