HR announces annual enrollment, information sessions

The Annual Enrollment (formerly known as Open Enrollment) period for the 2022-2023 benefit year begins on Tuesday, February 1, and runs through Monday, February 14. During this period, employees will need to review each section of the enrollment process in order to select or waive benefits, including health insurance plans. Changes made during that time will become effective on April 1, 2022.

During this period, the Human Resources team has put together a schedule of informational Zoom meetings so that employees can learn in detail about the benefits offered in the upcoming year, as well as changes in coverage and pricing. The Zoom meetings are offered as recorded sessions with HR, and include an opportunity for live questions and answers. Additionally, in-person sessions are available on three days. All university employees are encouraged to register for an informational session in order to make the best benefit selections for themselves and their families.

  • Tuesday, February 8:  8 a.m. – 5 p.m. in University Safety

 

The Annual Enrollment presentation and other benefits information documents also will be available on the intranet starting Tuesday, February 1. To access the files:

  • Login to intranet.saintleo.edu.
  • Click on the “Human Resources / Prof. Dev.” tab.
  • Click on “Benefits,” from the left-hand navigation menu.
  • Click to open the “Benefits 2022-2023” folder.
