Learn about voting, register to vote at upcoming virtual event

The Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections Office is partnering with Saint Leo University to offer students, staff, and faculty the opportunity to get registered, update their voter registration information, and have their questions about voting answered.

This Virtual Voter Registration Drive, hosted by Saint Leo’s Tampa Education Center, will be held 6-7 p.m., Wednesday, March 31, via Zoom (Meeting ID: 972 6802 4171).

Hillsborough Supervisor of Elections staff members will be available at this time to help anyone looking to get assistance with the registration process and to answer any specific questions voters may have regarding the election process in Hillsborough County. This informal virtual event will allow individuals to “drop-in” at their convenience without any formal presentation.

Students, faculty, and staff who would like assistance in registering to vote should remember to have their Florida ID (driver’s license) ready or know the last four digits of their Social Security number in order to complete the process.

For more information, please contact Matthew Lenihan, assistant director of the Tampa Education Center, at matthew.lenihan@saintleo.edu.
