Join the Center for Teaching & Learning Excellence for Base Camps and other October Events

The Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence is offering a Base Camp series for faculty this month.

Register for the Base Camp series featuring 30- or 60-minute presentations on:  

  • Zoom Polling – October 7: Noon
  • Digital Post-It Boards – October 12: 10 a.m.
  • D2L Feedback – October 14: 2 p.m.
  • D2L Intelligent Agents – October 22: 1:30 p.m. – Tools to help faculty to monitor student progress.
  • Digital Wellness – October 28: Noon – Join this relaxing half-hour session with Brandy Pollicita as she discusses what it means to be well in this digital age.

The Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence is also offering a number of courses for faculty this fall. The courses that are still open for enrollment include: 

  • Active Learning in the Online Environment
  • HyFlex Teaching
  • Introduction to Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
  • Collaboration Theories and Tools
  • Collaborative Note-Taking
  • Teaching with Microsoft 365
  • Applying UDL Principles and Guidelines in Course Planning
