Holiday hours for TI3 Help Desk and phone support

The Saint Leo Technology Innovation Institute and Initiatives (TI3) Help Desk will be closed for regular business operations from Monday, December 23, 2019, through Wednesday, January 1, 2020.

During this time, an option will be available to leave a message or to report emergencies such as system-wide outages. These messages will be monitored for on-call emergency support. General inquiries or support will be addressed when normal operating hours resume on January 2.

A new 2020 TI3 Help Desk schedule will be communicated at the start of the new year.
