Sandhill Review is accepting submissions: deadline extended

Saint Leo University’s literary magazine, Sandhill Review, is accepting submissions of poetry, prose, drama, and art for the upcoming 2017-2018 issue themed “My America.”

Interpret the theme as broadly as you like. Some topics to be considered are: freedom, economic inequality, diversity, presidential elections, liberty, Fourth of July, justice, patriotism, veterans, LGBTQ rights, and anything else that inspires you!

The deciding factor for publication will be artistic originality, craftsmanship, and excellence. Send us your best works.

Students, faculty, staff, alumni, and patrons of the Sandhill Writers Retreat are invited to submit poems (2-4 works); art & photography (2-4 works, vertical orientation); prose & drama (up to 750 words).

  • Email all submissions as attachments (Word documents or JPGs) to: sandhillreview@gmail.com.
  • Name your document as follows: first name_last name

Deadline extended to November 10, 2017.
