“Great Colleges to Work For” Survey Deadline is April 7

Saint Leo University is participating in The Chronicle of Higher Education’s “Great Colleges to Work For” program, a study designed to gather benchmarking data within higher education and to recognize institutions that have built great workplaces.

Part of the program involves an employee survey distributed to a random sample of each institution’s full-time faculty, administrators, exempt and non-exempt staff. An invitation to take this survey was distributed by “Great Colleges” to a random selection of our employees on March 13, 2017. The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, April 7, 2017.

A high response rate helps ensure accurate results and demonstrates the commitment of our workforce. During this highly competitive time in higher education, recognition on The Chronicle’s Great Colleges to Work For list helps us recruit top-quality faculty and staff who strengthen our university and help provide the best experience for our students.

Thank you to those of you who have already completed the survey. We appreciate you taking the time to share your views and opinions.

If you have questions about the survey, please contact Molly-Dodd Adams at molly-dodd.adams@saintleo.edu, or visit ChronicleGreatColleges.com if you have any questions.
