Faculty, staff invited to partner Florida Hospital Zephyrhills’ Ladies Night Out event
Saint Leo University’s partner Florida Hospital Zephyrhills will host its second Ladies Night Out for women of all ages from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3, at the Dan Cannon Auditorium, Pasco County Fairgrounds, 36722 State Road 52, Dade City. This free event is by reservation only. Faculty and staff are invited.
In addition to providing health education for women in an informal, fun setting, Ladies Night Out offers a unique shopping experience. The event will feature shopping opportunities from quality clothing and makeup to home goods, gifts and jewelry including Alex and Ani, and Bourbon and Boweties. There will be complimentary makeovers by MAC Cosmetics from Dillard’s at The Shops at Wiregrass and hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and “mocktails.”
Motivational speaker Casio Jones will give a presentation, “Maximizing Your Life’s Potential.” Jones is employed as FHZ’s CREATION® Health Wellness Center director.
In keeping with the event’s shoe theme, Dillard’s at the Shops at Wiregrass will have some of the latest women’s shoe fashions on display along with handbags and its Kate Spade accessory line. Dillard’s models will show off some of summer’s fashions, and those attending are encouraged to bring their most unique pair of shoes so they can participate in the ultimate shoe contest. Attendees will receive a tote bag and door prizes will be drawn throughout the evening.

On January 27, 2016, the women’s and men’s basketball team celebrated Florida Hospital Zephyrhills Appreciation Night at the Marion Bowman Activities Center. FHZ made a donation of $100,000 that helped make Bowman Center’s new scoreboards and video boards possible.
