University Technology Services extends support hours

Saint Leo University Technology Services is excited tell you about a new enhancement that will help improve your online experience this year.

Starting on August 12, technology support hours will be significantly extended, providing you access to help during the times when you need it the most. Technical support services will now be available from 7:30 a.m. to midnight EST, seven days a week.

While support hours will be extended for all students, faculty, and staff, technology issues requiring advance support services will be resolved during normal support hours. Extended support hours will be available from 5 p.m. to midnight each weekday and from 7:30 a.m. to midnight on weekends.

In addition to extending support hours, University Technology Services is changing call menu options. To improve customer service, and reduce the time between calling support and speaking with a technician, menu options will be removed during support hours. During non-support hours, between midnight and 7 a.m., an option will be available to report systemwide outages.
