Human Resources partners with Walgreens to offer flu shots, September 21
Have you received your flu shot yet this season? If you haven’t, Walgreen’s will be hosting a flu shot clinic from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Wednesday, September 21, in the Greenfelder-Denlinger Boardrooms at University Campus. Be sure to bring your ICUBA Optum RX ID cards with you.
The flu shot clinic is first come, first served. Please plan for a 15-minute wait before receiving the flu shot. Please bring a copy of your insurance ID card and a completed Informed Consent for vaccination form.
For those also interested, COVID-19 vaccinations will also be available.
