Leadership Re-Imagined webinar on December 3 to help businesses ‘power through pandemic’

The impact of market disruption has never been more real as during the coronavirus pandemic, as is the need to adapt and change. To assist small businesses, Saint Leo University’s Tapia College of Business will present Leadership Re-Imagined:  Finding Strategic Flexibility to Power Through the Pandemic and Beyond from 7 to 8 p.m. (EST), Thursday, December 3. This virtual webinar is free, and it is Part 4 of the college’s Business Re-Imagined: Surviving the Pandemic webinar series.

Leadership Re-Imagined takes a closer look at how businesses are thinking and acting differently and why flexibility is an indispensable mindset.

Presenters are Dr. Drew Gold, associate professor of management for the Tapia College of Business, and Brian Quinn, chief development officer for Domio Inc.

The Saint Leo community is invited and employees are asked to invite those who might be interested.

Quinn, a former Saint Leo University trustee, and a current MBA student, is a recognized leader in domestic and international real estate, travel, and lodging, with experience resulting in more than $2.5 billion in real estate growth across multiple public and private platforms.

Gold received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business with a focus on international finance and investments. He received his doctoral degree from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School with a focus on strategy and innovation management. He worked in investment banking in London and New York City and consulted with companies in a variety of sectors and advised numerous start-ups as well as established companies such as Microsoft and Coca-Cola, on topics including financial, marketing, and strategic matters.
