Notice about attaching contracts to purchase requisitions

In order to provide leadership with access to better information, the university will require all purchase requisitions to have an attached, fully executed contract (signed by all parties: Saint Leo University and the supplier). This helps leadership in the review, negotiation, renewal, and termination process of contracts in a more expeditious manner. Many contracts require a 60-, 90-, 120-day or longer termination notice. In addition, the corresponding contract review form signed by our Legal Department, must be attached as well.

If your purchase requisition is not associated with a contract, then please make a note in the internal memo field of the purchase requisition. Purchase requisitions will not be processed until the executed contract and legal review forms are attached.

Please contact Melissa Henagan in Finance at melissa.henagan@saintleo.edu if you have any questions.
