Registrar expands transfer evaluation system website

The Office of the Registrar has been working hard to add more than 120 higher education institutions from across the U.S. to its Transfer Evaluation System (TES).  TES allows anyone – students, staff, and faculty – to explore how credits from another institution could transfer to Saint Leo University.

Users can easily access this information by searching a school name in the TES portal accessible at https://www.saintleo.edu/transfer-policies. The results will display if a course from that school has been previously reviewed for transfer to Saint Leo. Additionally, transferability of some non-traditional credit options can be viewed, for example CLEP, DSST, AP, and ACE-recommended courses, including study.com, StraighterLine, and sophia.org.

This information will be powerful for prospective and current students when making enrollment decisions and creating degree completion plans. Transcripts must still go through an official evaluation to be awarded credit.

TES will continue to be updated with additional schools and courses. Contact transfercredit@saintleo.edu for additional information.
