2019 W-2s mailed to employees, now accessible via ADP

The 2019 W-2 forms have been completed and Saint Leo University’s processor, ADP, has mailed W-2s to the employee addresses on file.  W-2s also are available electronically via ADP’s iPay website. W-2s are not available in Workday.

Employees who have previously accessed the ADP iPay website for pay statements and W-2s from 2017 or earlier, may use their ADP iPay credentials to log in.  As a reminder, user names are the capitalized first initial followed by last name in all caps @STLEO. For example,  the name Samuel Smith would be user ID SSmith@STLEO.  If you have forgotten your password. click “Forgot your ID/Password” link.  You will need the email address associated with your account to reset your password. If additional assistance is needed, please request a password reset through the Payroll Office at payroll@saintleo.edu.

Employees hired in 2018 or after and have not previously accessed the ADP iPay website will need to create a login.  Read how to create an ADP iPay account>>
