College of Education and Social Services hosts Photovoice Gallery on April 12
Faculty, staff, students, and members of the Saint Leo University community are invited to the inaugural photovoice gallery showcase, “Building Community Awareness Through Photovoice,” presented by the College of Education and Social Services from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, April 12, in the Student Community Center, Greenfelder-Denlinger Boardrooms A, B, and C.
Photovoice is a qualitative, participatory research method with photographs, with the goal to provide a voice to empower others. Faculty and student-based projects will shine a light on diverse topics that will enhance course work, community participation, social justice, and education particular professional issues.
