Staff and faculty invited to attend “A Saint Leo Christmas” matinee

Celebrating traditions are part of our culture at Saint Leo University. They provide us with something to look forward to each year and help us build and strengthen relationships within our community.

The upcoming Christmas season presents several opportunities to honor traditions that are unique to Saint Leo University. One upcoming, longstanding tradition is the annual “A Saint Leo Christmas” show produced by the College of Arts and Sciences and the Department of Language Studies and the Arts.

Featuring our students, this show will celebrate Christmas through song. Four shows will be offered—two on Wednesday, November 28, and two on Thursday, November 29—in the Black Box Theatre, located in Benedictine Hall.

In an effort to allow faculty and staff to enjoy this wonderful performance, President Senese is allowing staff and faculty to close early if they wish to attend the 4 p.m. show on either Wednesday or Thursday. Employees should consult with supervisors before making plans to attend as some offices may need to make special arrangements.

Participating staff will need to make reservations in advance. To reserve your seats, please email collegeofartsandsciences@saintleo.edu. Additional questions about the show may be directed to Tania Frost.
