ICUBA Webinar – Importance of Comprehensive Eye Exams

ICUBA is offering a virtual event on the importance of a comprehensive eye exam. Besides just measuring your vision, regular eye exams can help identify early signs of certain chronic health conditions, including high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and high cholesterol.
After viewing the webinar at https://youtu.be/CtF7jB-BNlk?t=2s, individuals are required to complete a short quiz at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ICUBAEyeExam. A score of 75% or higher, along with your identifying information for reporting must be submitted by Thursday, August 9, 2018 to receive credit for this event.
