Change to FMLA and STD benefits
Please be advised that Saint Leo University is no longer using CareWorks for Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and short-term disability (STD) benefits. Our new provider is Symetra.
If you need to file a new claim for FMLA/STD, please contact your Human Resources business partner to process the claim with Symetra.
Employees with pending STD claims will still continue with their current CareWorks representative.
