Brewing Up Business: The Wonders of Small Business with Florida Breweries

The School of Arts and Sciences invites you to “Brewing Up Business: The Wonders of Small Business with Florida Breweries” on Thursday, February 9, in the Greenfelder-Denlinger Boardrooms of the Student Community Center.

At 6:30 p.m., there will be a presentation by Mark DeNote ’04, editor of Florida Beer News and author of The Great Florida Craft Beer Guide, along with a panel discussion with representatives from some of Florida’s most well-known craft breweries, including Angry Chair, Barley Mow, Saint Somewhere, 7venth Sun, Coppertail Brewing Company, and Cigar City. There will be a Q&A session immediately following the presentation and discussion.

There will be beer samples, while supplies last, and light snacks provided at 7:30 p.m.

This event is open to the public; however, you must be 21 with a valid ID to attend and a $5 ticket in advance is required for admission.
